Synthetic data: 150,000 generated social-media posts about Nigerian telecom operators (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile), published on Hugging Face by THUgewu as 'africa-synth'. The posts are not real user content. The file groups them into 978 rows by platform, operator, city and sentiment, with one list per field (post ID, time, text, issue category, likes, shares, comments, reach, sentiment score, operator response). Suitable for testing sentiment and customer-service pipelines, not for studying real users.
A Facebook (social media platform) dataset of 134,833 Facebook pages and 1,379,403 undirected mutual-like edges across 8 page categories (company, politician, tvshow, government, artist, new_sites, public_figure, athletes), collected by Rozemberczki et al. via Facebook Graph API, distributed via GEMSEC/SNAP. Each record contains undirected edges between Facebook pages representing mutual likes; pages categorized as company, politician, TV show, government, artist, news site, public figure, or athlete; node IDs namespaced by category. The dataset is notable for its multi-category Facebook page network with known ground-truth category labels per node, enabling direct evaluation of community detection and node classification algorithms across heterogeneous page types. Intended for research into community detection, node classification, graph embedding, cross-category network comparison, and social media page recommendation research.
Synthetic, templated data: 75,000 short texts labelled with one of 6 harassment categories or non-toxic (10,714 or 10,715 each), with a 'platform' value (Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, news portal) and character offsets of the toxic span. The texts are generated from a small set of templates: the toxic rows use only 30 distinct toxic phrases, and every row ends in a '(Ref Node: #NNNNNN)' token. The platform values are assigned, not observed. Published on Mendeley Data. Suitable for testing span-tagging code, not for measuring real cyberbullying.
