Huawei Telecom Heterogeneous Graph Analyzed

A Huawei telecom network (anonymized carrier data) dataset of 170,380 nodes (100,000 users, 1,000 apps, 380 packages) and 2,000,000 directed edges, collected by Huawei Global Technology Services (anonymized, 2021). Each record contains user ID, app ID, package ID, cell ID; edge types: user-buy-package and user-use-app; normalized float feature vectors per node [0,1]. Heterogeneous graph from a real telecom carrier with 4 node types (user, app, package, cell) and 2 edge types — one of the few publicly available large-scale telecom behavioral graphs for research.. Suitable for heterogeneous graph neural networks, telecom network analysis, graph algorithm benchmarking, user behavior modeling in carrier networks.

Synthetic Africa Telecom Social Media Sentiment (Nigeria) Analyzed

Synthetic data: 150,000 generated social-media posts about Nigerian telecom operators (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile), published on Hugging Face by THUgewu as 'africa-synth'. The posts are not real user content. The file groups them into 978 rows by platform, operator, city and sentiment, with one list per field (post ID, time, text, issue category, likes, shares, comments, reach, sentiment score, operator response). Suitable for testing sentiment and customer-service pipelines, not for studying real users.
